We often order from Viola's Ventanas and our meal the evening was exceptional. The Enchiladas de Mole, Enchiladas Verdes and the Tex-Mex Enchiladas were very flavorful and we enjoyed them very much. Looking forward to another delicious meal soon, highest of compliments to the chefs.

I asked that all ingredients be placed in separate containers because the chips don't remain crispy when the ingredients are placed on them.
The chips had both beans and cheese on them and were indeed soggy and not crisp. The cheese was burned on the edges.
All cold ingredients were in one container mixed together.
I spoke with with Manager Alex and he is making it right... I HOPE

Everything we ordered was very cold and we used express. The tortillas on the 1 Cheese Tex-Mex Enchilada were hard and the flour tortilla it came with tasted gross. I usually like their food but this was terrible.

I ordered the cheese enchilada plate, which was good, but also ordered half order of bean and cheese nachos with side of Guac.
I asked that all ingredients for the nachos be placed in separate containers so that the chips were no soggy by the time they arrived.
The chips were burned, all ingredients were on the chips causing the crispiness to not be there.
Disappointed especially for what I paid for this food.

The food is delicious but the front desk is never manned when I go in. This is like the 4th time that I just wait for 5-10 minutes before anyone arrives to help me.
