Took forever for them to make my order. Placed it at 10:18AM, got it delivered at 11:13AM. Even had to find another driver because they were waiting for so long, almost 35 mins in the lobby. Same process whenever we're in person, they must be short staffed but just be mindful of that when placing orders with them, takes a while for them to make it. Food is always pretty good though.

My only complaint is I really wish they would stop putting the totally nasty tomatoes on my awesome toasted onion bagel turkey club sandwich! Other than the nasty tomatoes the sandwich is epic !!

Bagel with Plain Cream Cheese is a joke. The cream cheese was smeared so thin you could see through it to the bagel and the Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich tasted fishy. Ick!

I'm not sure if they even read the order details? My sandwich had unwanted tomatoes and old lettuce and my bagel was not toasted making it a brick sandwich full of tomatoes which turn my stomach, when they followed directions it's an awesome sandwich !
