I'm really disappointed. The latte with a flavor shot was extremely bitter and tasted like burnt coffee. 1 of my poached eggs had no yolk and the BC was pretty flavorless. However, the worst was the chunky monkey. There were pieces of sausage in the waffle batter! It was chocolate, bananas, pb, and sausage. Completely overpriced and gross.

THIS LOCATION IS A RECIPE FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO HAVE A FIELD DAY. When I got the order, it was a waffle instead of the French Toast I ordered. It was crunchy and soggy at the same time, and there were spots of green on my order. The maple syrup was watered down. I called the store and the manager, Bill, refused to listen to concerns, attempting to gaslight me saying that the waffle I was given was French Toast. I am going to be contacting corporate, because this is not on par with their South Side location, where I have previously had excellent food and service.

Genuin disgusting food. I already threw it away or you wouldve gotten photos. I paid 20 dollars for wet waffles and eggs thats is supposed be a Country Benedict it was PATHETIC. I paid 45 dollars for my son and I and we threw the whole order away pathetic

K Grilled Cheese- cheese wasn't melted. Mostly just dried waffle compared to cheese.
Potato home fries had no seasoning.
