We have been ordering weekly for several months. Over the past 4-5 weeks the quality has really tanked. Sushi assembly is so loose that you can't pick up a piece without it falling apart. Today the sashi wasn't slices, but giant hunks of fish. I actually cut each hunk into 4 normal sushi pieces. I assume they have a new team of sushi chefs working, but this this is definitely the "B" team. Guess we're looking for a new place to order.

The dish is tasty with a good amount of shrimp. I do think there's way too much onion, it's used as filler and I dump 80% of them out. Having an option to add a vegetable would be nice

Ordered Tuna Tar Tar (6 Chips), Shrimp Tempura (AP), 5General Tso Chicken, Phoenix Ball (Sp. Tuna), Spicy Kani Salad, Egg Roll (2),Crawfish Fried Rice and all were fantastic.
Keep it going, your restaurantis a great addition to the Walden area!
