Wasabi Juan's is my favorite restaurant in BHM! The care is always superb, and the food even better!! We love the LHM and 420 nachos!

The ignition burrito stands on business. It is my favorite entree from Wasabi Juan's. The 420 nachos are a great appetizer for 2 people. If you are really hungry I recommend going Godzilla size on the burrito. 10/10 for food quality, and customer service. The sushi always smells fresh, and the presentation is next level when in person.

My sushi burrito was fine. I ordered seaweed salad which I have had from many places (Umani, Ono Poke, etc) but this was NOT it. It was extremely slimy (like old lettuce slimy), and it appeared to be old since it was almost black not green so I threw it out.

One item was requested to be made without an allergen and the request was accommodated! They wrote on the box that it was specially made with no allergens & wrote on the other boxes in the order that they directly contained or were cords contaminated. Very thoughtful & much appreciated!

I have been a fan of Wasabi Juan's for years, but I just recently discovered the Frushi Dessert! I crave it now. It's the most wholesome "dessert" on the planet: creamy coconut rice in a rice wrapper hugging a filling of juicy strawberries, crisp apples, rice cereal and gooey Nutella. And with two cups of whipped (cream? Cool Whip? don't care) for dipping. It's addictive, a cozy bite with a tropical vibe. Well done, Wasabi Juan's.
