I was very disappointed in the two burgers I purchased. This is the first time I purchased something of poor quality from your restaurant. The burgers were overcooked, dry, and salty. A waste of money,

My Dave's Single was inedible. The top bun felt refrigerated while the bottom of the bun was actually hard. And the meat was dried out and looked like it had been sitting around a while. Sorry Wendy's, but that was unacceptable.

Everything was cold and stale. These new "tenders" didn't seem cooked well, the batter was horrible and falling apart, the sauce was the only thing that carried this meal. I would not order this again.

All food accommodations were made and everything was packaged well. I appreciate that the bag was sealed to prevent any tampering or contamination; it's definitely a factor I consider when ordering food delivery.
