The second time I ordered from Wendy's and they didn't get my order right I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came plain after I paid for extra toppings then they give me a small potato wedge instead of a large when I paid four dollars for a large and DoorDash won't refund me. Absolutely poor quality at Wendy!

My spicy chicken sandwich had a funny taste and it was really sloppy, then they sent no butter or sour cream for my potato and the drinks were watery. First time we ordered from this Wendy's in a long time but we were hoping they fixed the problem we had last time, we probably won't go back.

I hesitated to give four stars since every other part of our order was wonderful. I can't believe how awful the fries were. There was barely any bacon or cheese, and the fries were cold and soggy. I would say think twice before trying this item. Very disappointing.

I ordered the caramel chocolate frosty large and got vanilla caramel instead!
Chili was not as wonderful as always...beans weren't cooked long enough, I ordered cheese and onions. Very small amount of shredded cheese...a tableson and no onions at all!

my cheese fries had barely any cheese or chili on them and the chili that was on them was watery. They forgot my honey mustard, and did not almost tell my dasher after had been there waiting that the frosty machine was done until she almost left. Spending $50 on two meals and it not being at least up to oar is ridiculous!!
