The food was great, the fries could've used a little more salt but wasn't too bad compared to other places. Nuggets were crispy and the burger wasn't cold.

I paid for a Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag with a double stack burger, but the burger I got was a Jr single stack only. The fries, Cinnabon® Pull-Apart and Shakes were great but there was literally only 4 of the ghost pepper nuggets.

They changed my 3pc Tenders to nuggets and charged the same price. Also had a Caramel Crunch Chocolate Frosty Fusion™ they gave me plain vanilla and charged the higher price. If they are going to give me lower quality items, then I expect to be charged less.

We ordered the Oreo brownie chocolate fusion the dasher said they were out of chocolate so we agreed on vanilla but it's just an Oreo frosty nothing brownie about it and the cinnamon roll is hard as a rock we can't even eat it

no bacon on any of the burgers. cold fries. no sweet and sour for the nuggets. just ranch. missing a large drink with one of my kids biggie bags. usually not a problem from here but tonight was horrible for the amount of money spent.
