I don't know what they changed, but every item I got was better than I remember. Burger, fries were hot and delish, Spicy Chicken Sandwich was insanely good, 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were so good - sauces were great. They upped their game and I could tell!

The Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combo was not worth the money. There was nothing on the sandwich but onions mayo and lettuce. What happened to the rest?? And the burger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted and the fries taste old.

Ordered the chili . Usually, it is great. Tonight, it was terrible. Used hamburger patties in the chili that were tough as shoe leather.

everything tasted old, the fries were chewy and the sandwich was missing the asiago cheese. the lettuce was brown and wilted. last order from wendys.

This wasn't what I ordered. The chocolate sauce was burnt and granulated. I didn't even get a chocolate frosty or the browny Oreo frosty. I just go vanilla ice cream with really bad syrup.
