Have always gone above & beyond to make sure it's how I like it prepared. I've never had anything missing or incorrect on my orders. My dog loves their Chicken Biscuit & Jr. Cheeseburgers. The Frosty is a great light desert after a meal in warm weather. I have been & will continue to return as long as the service is this great.

Sausage Gravy & Biscuit my biscuit tasted a little doughy, sausage was just chopped and placed on top of the gravy.
Caramel Cold Brew with Cream
you need to offer some salted caramel drizzle to cut some of the bitterness!

The Brownie Batter Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ had almost no brownie batter and I even paid for extra. The Chili was sitting on TOP of the Double Stack™ so the hamburger looks more like a quesadilla.

Being Generous as they tried. They should have just cancelled the order though. Son of Baconator® wasn't, received a Bacon Double Stack a couple dollar difference. Received a Vanilla Frosty instead of Strawberry. 4 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets wasn't, received 8 Spicy. Did receive double my fries. Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combo was great. Like I said, they did try but they should of contacted for subs or cancelled the order outright.

It was just me & Lil' Buddy tonight. We decided to make a late night ride out for a large Classic Chocolate Frosty® . He knew that if he was good, he would get a special treat. It was almost closing time when we arrived. I was preparing myself for them to say the machine was down for cleaning. To my surprise, they accepted the order. Served it with a smile. It was nice to receive tail wags all the way back home. The frosty was just as comforting. When we arrived home, he licked the cup clean & curled up beside me for sleep. He was happy for the ride. I was happy with my frosty while watching his tail wags. Definitely will do another late night drive soon. Thanks Wendy's, for not telling me the machine was down for cleaning. The memories made with this frosty were priceless. Just as with many of my previous frosty's. They will never be forgotten. We will see you again soon.
