I've never had a problem with this location . Always fresh always friendly . Ive never had this happen before but I found pieces of bone in my chicken nuggets. Not totally unheard of but scary if you're not expecting bones. Which could be dangerous.

Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo was hard, chicken was tough, and the cheese seemed like it was melted on a week ago. Fries were soggy. Cookie and drink ordered also missing from the bag. Bag not sealed. Only thing good was the Baked Potato with cheese and bacon.

Additional sauces not included - no ketchup even though there were 2 orders of fries and not one napkin with the food. 2 of the 4 spicy nuggets were overcooked and not edible.

10 pc and other nuggets were old and dry. The burger was saturated in ketchup and mayo til the bun fell apart, Crispy Chicken Sandwich was dry and the lettuce looked bad. Nothing was right with my meal.

I got two of the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger's exactly the same. One was really good! The other had a bun hard as a brick with shredded lettuce. It was literally disgusting. Unfortunately, I will never eat Wendy's again. The quality has definitely gone down. How do you not realize the bread is stale??? And how can two burgers be completely different? I suspect one has been sitting out all day. My frosty was fine. The 4 piece nugget had no crisp. Just sorta soggy breading. Super disappointed and will be requesting a refund.
