The baked potato was not fresh and over cooked. The potato skin was dry and wrinkled.

Don't charge for condiments if you don't include them. Paid an extra $2 for condiments I didn't receive, making half the meal inedible. Poor customer service

It was nice and hot. made exactly the way we ordered it. The staff was friendly and pinpointed. I used to hate this establishment personally because nothing was ever right, but I can see that can has changed.

Food was cold and old. Didn't get coffee I ordered. Also ordered the Snickerdoodle frosty and we got vanilla. Last few times we've ordered we don't get the frosties. Ordered two cookies as well and didn't get those, no straws
