Wendy's. whoever works there, i was having a really bad day but you made my day so much better. An item was missing and y'all called me directly and helped with my order. that is fantastic and nowhere else really does that.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich was TINY--shrinkflation I guess. Fresh and tasty though. Triple Berry Frosty® tasted like cold medicine--disappointing, I really wanted to like it. They made my 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets fresh, which was great, but the price is crazy compared to in-store, at least last I checked, for all items--which isn't right, when we tip, etc., already. It's the same packaging and food as a drive-thru order--unfair to gouge for "convenience."

Obviously, corners were cut. The fries had clearly been dunked in the fryer to reheat/remove salt instead of being made fresh, and instead of making fresh regular nuggets when they didn't have enough, they gave me dried out half regular, half spicy. For the prices charged, this is unacceptable. Sandwiches were OK.

the Dave's Double® is ALWAYS GOOD. and ordering on doordash, I always get my very specific order (only ketchup) just right vs when I go in person, I still end up having to strip the thing down. So, greatly appreciated. The 4 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets are a crowd favorite over here. Me and my dachshund love to share these. The French Fries depends on how they're cooked or how fresh. Unfortunately, tonight they were cold by the time I got them so my second in command, beanie weenie got the French Fries she rates them 5 🐾

I haven't been to Wendy's in awhile. I now know why. Smallest burgers ever for the price. Won't be back. I will stay with what-a-burger.
