before it was crazy but lately it's been perfect, order is always fresh and food is 100% right! Thank you to the employees that's doing the right thing, it really makes a difference.

I ordered this salad before, and the portion used to be much bigger. Unfortunately, the portion is now much smaller, but the price is still the same. It’s disappointing to pay the same amount and receive less food. I hope the restaurant considers bringing back the original portion size because the quality is good, but the value has definitely gone down.

outstanding customer service they included a lot of ketchup packets and the sauces I ordered everything was correct unlike every other restaurant that forgets something or does something wrong every single time this place is amazing

beware of the bait and switch on the bacon chicken sandwich. it's described as a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. the sandwich is 450 and change. scrolling down you have the option of selecting cheese which I assumed was extra cheese as you're charged for it and then bacon which I assumed was extra bacon as you're charged for it the 450 sandwich becomes a $9 sandwich for a tiny chicken breakfast sandwich. reality is if you don't select the cheese and bacon you don't get it even though the sandwich is described to already have it. at least the baconator comes as described and they don't charge you extra money for the subscribed ingredients.

Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was hard as a rock when I got it, not the drivers fault, Wendy's just likes serving rock hard food.Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag the burger and fries were halfway cold.
again not the drivers fault, this is all Wendy's poor quality of food service.
