I ordered the Big Bacon Classic® Combo and my experience from this Wendy's was bad. I got the bake chive & sour cream potato with no sour cream, butter slat and pepper all the things I asked for. the burger was cold with no lettuce

The ghost pepper fries were DRY and they gave me regular nuggets when I ordered SPICY. Nuggets were barely cooked. Not crispy at all. Burger was COLD. 100% do not recommend.

Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was hard as a rock! The Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag was only a single. The soda was a root beer not a Coke. The baked potatoes had no butter or sour cream and were burnt. But the Chili was still piping hot. Also no napkins or silverware to eat the food with.
it's the little things that are so important. And no refund was offered from company!

My baked potato smelled and tasted off, and was badly overcooked. And the Frosties arrived half melted.
