Missing an item and usually the restaurant just cancels, but they called me and offered an option. This goes a long way in my book and the food was good quality. Thanks for taking the extra time to make sure customer was happy!

The chicken does not taste like the ones I have had from other location, pickles taste like onion-I love their chicken spicey sandwich but one was terrible, even the frosty was wrong flavor. I take responsibility, I ignored the reviews!

Nothing was fresh.. i ordered a kids cheeseburger she got a hamburger.. the chicken sandwich was not fresh nor the JBC. I asked for no shredded cheese on the baconator fries and they still put shredded cheese on it with 4 small pieces of bacon

items were missing from a burger they didn't have everything it one piece of bacon what's wrong with the speech I'm in aggravated now I miss the tomatoes I'm missing lettuce and I know it's going to be a junior bacon but that burger was small very small like like it belong in the kids meal it had nothing on it I will not order ever again from this store that is awful
