The fries and Nuggets arrived fresh. I have a pet peeve about cold fries and food when it takes too long: they always seem to have fresh as priority.

Wish there were more customization options for the Caramel Cold Brew with Cream (like extra caramel, extra cream, add frosty, etc). Coffee doesn't tastes stale, decent portion size. I order it a lot so will do so again.

Hey Wendy's. You need to make sure you put the lids on your drinks! My poor Dasher nearly got a cold brew shower when the lid popped off while carrying the drink. And a sticker or wrap over the drink hole would also be appreciated!

My bun was hard and fries were cold. My dasher was amazing but blame Wendy's as their products left their establishment cold. I even ordered from a nearer location and same result. Won't be ordering again.

I ordered a Chili & Cheese Baked Potato, large Chili with onions, and a Caramel Crunch Chocolate Frosty Fusion™. The Chili was great, as always. The frosty was supposed to have toffee pieces in it, it did not, but otherwise it was good. However the Potato was awful. it was cold, hard and, and at 6:00ish in the evening, tasted like it had been in the warming bin since breakfast. plus my Chili & Cheese Baked Potato had barely an Chili or cheese.
