My order is always accurate. The special instructions for my burger were followed and the nuggets had plenty of sauce.

It was very good, although the description listed mayo and ketchup on the sandwich , and there was none,! And the meat was overcooked.
But I've always enjoyed Wendy's food, and will order from there again.

They ran out of product. The fries were stale and cold. The fruit punch has a weird taste to it, like it might be old.

Wendy's never ceases to amaze me with how consistently disappointing they are. If it's not the old, stinky oil they fry their nuggies in that imparts such a delicate, musky flavor, it's the dry, overcooked "grilled" chicken on a salad full of withered lettuce wrapped in plastic rather than with a real lid. At least they remembered the Caesar dressing after I asked for Ranch. 3/10, will likely dine again but, as usual, I won't enjoy it.

The food was mediocre at best, but the service was horrible. I was told she wasn't taking walk up orders only to be ignored another 5 min after telling her that it was an online order and already paid for. After another 5 min she asked me what name it was under. I then waited another 15 min for my order only to receive an insincere apology for the wait and the wrong flavored cookie and cold brew.
