I have ordered from here a couple times now, and they are the best by far! They have never messed up or forgot anything, food always hot and fresh, all the appropriate condiments, utensils, napkins, etc. are always included, and they are fast! My #1 go-to for delivery.

Why is everything cold and the pretzel burger bun burnt ? How does that even happen it was black not even edible.I asked for ketsup and mayo on the burger, but they put so much on it , it looked disgusting. Not even close to worth the money. 25$ for a burger and fries.

The spicy chicken sandwich was nowhere near the quality of the last time I ordered it, which was just a few months ago. Smaller and dry. Didn't taste the same and I won't be ordering again.

For what the sandwich costs you would think it would be a lot better, chicken &biscuit both were hard and the sauce they put on it was everywhere and hard to eat

Normally great, but it seems like each one has less 'honey butter' flavoring/juice on it. it's down to really very little at all. otherwise, they are great-generous with the added bacon that I order, chicken is cooked well, and very consistent. perhaps extra honey-butter could be a 'menu check-off'. Otherwise, it's ALL good!
