Wow im impressed the Baconator Fries were amazing and cheesey, everything else was fresh as well

forgot to add condiments to the burger and season the patties. Fries were pretty stale and the box they came in was half full. probably won't go to this wendys again.
The food was so bad I couldn't even at eat it. The fries tasted like dirt. Save your money order from another place. It doesn't taste like it used to. Freshness awful there is none, the chicken was flat, old stale. Portion was fine if you actually ate it. No I won't order again.

I order from this store often and tonight was disappointed in my order & came to leave a review about it, but realize it would be very unfair for me to leave you guys a bad review after so many good experiences. But I do want to make u aware of things that I think are important. 1st want to mention the quality of the food is always 10/10. Food is always warm/hot and never taste old. Packaging is also always 10/10 (bag sealed to prevent tampering, spoon attached to frosty, straw included, no messes w/ things losing lids or anything like that.) Timing 10/10 always arrives on time no delays. Where u guys tend to miss the mark (NOT everytime, but 1/ 3-4 times) is the details that can be a minor inconvenience to very frustrating. Things like not getting the sour cream, which isnt a big deal until u realize u dont have any at home either & now u have a very plain potato. But vanilla instead of choc& not getting Xtra batter in my frosty I paid for, plz dont miss this guys! But overall 🔥👏🫶
