The fries are super ice cold and it's not even 11 AM yet so they should be very fresh. My burger had no cheese on it no second patty. It was supposed to be a double there's absolutely nothing on it except a squirt of mayonnaise a squirt of mustard and one pickle. I'm missing a whole patty and cheese. This is just the most horrible Wendy's experience I've ever had in my life.

the baconator meat was way over cooked and bacon so hard I can't chew it. very dry.. not at all the same burger i usually get.

Quality was lacking. Buns were dry and old, they drenched the sandwich in condiments, the produce was wilted and soggy.
