My recent DoorDash experience left me feeling quite disappointed, especially with the Loaded Nacho Chicken Combo I ordered.
Firstly, there were barely any fries in my meal, which was quite disappointing. The strawberry lemonade I received also had an off taste, which was unexpected.
To add to my disappointment, the chicken sandwich I ordered only had one piece of white cheese on it. I understand that they were close to closing, as I’ve worked in fast food myself, but spending over $20 for a subpar chicken sandwich, a tiny amount of fries, and a lemonade that tasted subpar was not what I had in mind.
DoorDash and the restaurant should work on maintaining portion sizes, quality checks, and food quality, even during closing hours. I’d recommend reaching out to DoorDash customer support to share your concerns and hopefully find a resolution for this experience.

Dave's Single was put together haphazardly, pretty much had to reassemble the thing myself. Fries were undercooked, not crispy at all. The soda was watered down from melting ice. Hey, ever hear of a "NO ICE" option??

Potato had no cheese, sauce or bacon. it was plain when I paid for everything to be on it. everytime I order from wendys they mess something up.

Since adding the self serve kiosk it feels almost impossible to get from from an employee when doing a pick up order at this location. The food was not ready when it said it was and I stood for so long at the counter waiting for help that once I got my food, it was cold. The manager gave me a free large fry to compensate for the wait which was nice but still disappointed.
