We ordered 5 Frostys. They were "out." The dasher was great, she called letting me know the situation and said Wendy's wanted to send cookies and Cinnabon instead. No refund was offered by Wendy's. The dasher was very apologetic and tried to help as best she could. The cookies were very dry and crumbly almost burnt tasting. Cinnabon was old and dry.

The Honey Butter Biscuit was amazing! The Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant Combo was good as well. The 6 Piece French Toast Sticks Combos however was really not great. The French toast sticks were rubbery and the flavor was a bit off. the syrup was like eating liquid sugar without much maple taste. Definitely would not order those again. Orange juice was also watered down. Overall, not the worst meal, but definitely not the best.

My Ghost Pepper Fries were not in fact Ghost Pepper Fries they were regular fries in a little tub, I understand yall might not have that but atleast let me know so I can change it but the Chili Cheese Fries were fine

I try to fo these reviews hoping that a nanager will address issues with workers giving out old food, but nothing ever changes. I love Wendys but this store continues not to care about the quality of the food they serve.
