Absolutely horrible service today. My poutine is dry,why bother calling it poutine. It’s one piece of curd on top of dry fries. I’m allergic to tomato, yet you put tomato on my sandwich and I can’t eat it. You should be ashamed of your store, and at the least reimbursing me full price since door dash only gave $4.00 back. If you want pictures, I have them 😡

Too much sauce on the sandwich, making bun completely soggy. Also, not enough poutine sauce on fries. Stop charging extra for poutine in a combo if you’re not going to provide enough sauce or cheese. If I wanted regular fries, I’d order them.

Same problem as last week. Stop charging extra for poutine when the container is half full, one curd and a wee bit of gravy. Disgusting. If I wanted regular fries, I would order them. Please do better

I ordered the Caesar salad with baked potato and chicken fingers.
Please bag the cold items separately.My salad was at the bottom of the bag with the hot potato on top.Grrrr
Pkg of salad dressing was too warm as it was also on hot potato .Do better!
