They're very consistent with the quality of food but very inconsistent about following specifics. Sometimes you might get cheese when you ask for no cheese. Sometimes you might get the wrong drink. Sometimes you'll get no sauce. Sometimes you get the wrong frosty flavor. The quality is good and you'll get what you asked for, it just might not be the exact way you wanted it. 🤷🏽

My chili was all water with barely any meat. Salad was half empty. I was missing a 2nd chili alto . Drink was small and not large. I dont know why I kee ordering from Wendy's.

they didn't make my burger correctly it was supposed to be a Pretzel Bacon Pub Double Cheeseburger Combo and it came on a regular bun, mayo, and honey mustard, no cheese, no crunchy onions, no bacon, and i asked for lettuce and got none and i paid .75 extra for american cheese and then didn't even get any cheese and it had pickles which wasn't supposed to be on it. The dasher had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through at 12 am which is ridiculous because why is it taking 15 minutes in the drive through at 12 am.

I ordered a Large Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty Fusion™ with extra sauce and paid $5.99 and received a plain vanilla frosty instead. I ordered a Large Brownie Batter Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ with extra sauce and paid $4.49 and received another plain vanilla frosty instead. I would like a refund and or my correct order delivered.

They did not give me my whole order I am missing my medium fries with my meal and the only good thing about my order was the chicken 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets and the chicken nuggets with the biggie meal I did not receive any of sauces I ordered either and the Baconator Fries were decent to
