I've ordered the Son of Baconator® many times. The food is usually good. Not sure why, but this one was old, dry. No condiments. Bun was soggy. Does not seem like any effort went into this order. I couldn't eat my $18 burger. I'm not a complainer, just expect better for the cost.

Haven't had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich in years. Man, have they gone down hill. Smaller and awful quality. Half the sandwhich was nasty gristle that I had to spit out. Fries were cold but fine.

Sooooo much salt on the fries, & the sandwich was a sloppy mess. At one point, I couldn't tell what I was chewing on, but it was slimy and chewy so I spit it out & I threw the it all away.
We all have our moments, so I'll try them again someday, but it definitely won't be back to this specific (or Webb City) location.

make sure you check if you're getting the free jr bacon cheeseburger deal that they don't take stuff off. apparently it automatically took stuff off of the burger so it came completely plain. just burger and bun
