Usually I order from here a lot and love the food until recently. I ordered the Spicy chicken sandwich combo with chili cheese fries. The sandwich was not spicy, missing tomato. The fries were caked with chili beans and had no cheese. My last few orders there have been less than satisfying.

every single thing was cold. the hamburger, nuggets, fries, Cinnabon® Pull-Apart all were cold and tasted old. the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart had barely any cream cheese on it even tho they charge almost $2 extra for it. and mine had cilantro or something on top of it on accident that I had to pick out. I love Wendy's but this was not it

Sausage Gravy & Biscuit Short on gravy, but it tasted good. The Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was old. It wasn't very warm and it was hard.
