Their chicken nuggets are always fresh and taste great. I like their chicken sandwiches, French fries as frosties too. The employees are always so nice and friendly always have a smile on their face.

This business always sends hot fresh and tasty food, its just not always all there. One time they'll send all the food and skip the drinks, the next time we'll got drinks but someone forgot to put meat on the chicken sandwich so it was just bun, sauce and veggies.

The last time I ordered from here was in october 2023. I decided to give it another try. I received a large fry that was half full. Burger was just slapped together and very messy. Strawberry lemonade was good. Every time there is something wrong with my order.

Well, the soda arrived as expected. I will say, they did not skimp out on the ketchup or Mayo. I think we have all driven home with fresh fries before. If these fries were fresh (which they were not), they would just be a little cooler to the temp-not stale, rubbery and cold. Second, I paid for a large fry. This is probably a medium fry worth of fries.
Third, the onions were lacking and there was no lettuce in any of the sandwiches.
I called the location and asked for a manager. Cody/Kody answered and said he was the manager. I asked for the store manager's name (public info and we later found out by looking it up it's Kim) and he said he could not give out that info and I would have to call in the morning for that.
I went on to explain to him what we received and he tried to blame it on the dasher having multiple orders. I told him the dasher was not behind the counter making the fries or the sandwiches. He did apologize and say that their shipment was running late for lettuce. He also said that they are not able to post updates on the app of what they're running low on.
I normally never leave negative reviews, but I just want what I paid for and I'm pretty disappointed. This is the first and last time I will DoorDash from this Wendy's location.

Vanilla Frosty® was good, fries were soggy and not the greatest but I live pretty far so it was exppected
