WORST ribs EVER!! Barely any meat on them and what was there was burnt. The charcoal was so bad it was flaking off when I picked them up. Bought as a treat for my dog. He doesn't even want them. I've ordered twice from there since Billy left and both times were HORRIBLE! I won't try again. You need a cook that knows what they're doing when cooking ribs because apparently you don't have one.

Usually have no complaints, but this time they canceled half of my order without attempting to replace it, and didn't even send any BBQ sauce. Also definitely shorted us on the sausage in the combo plates. I know they can do better.

my whole chopped brisket was all fat. I eat in the store all the time. and never had this problem. I guess since it's doordash, they get rid of the nasty stuff. I'm very disappointed with you guys at Wesley
