• 25-01-04The original pretzels were stale and burned and the Cin-a-Bitz were also stale and very hard to chew. Really sad because we love pretzels.

• 26-07-02I usually love the pretzels but today they were so hard you could hardly eat it. Didn't even finish it. Not sure what happened but certainly not worth it.

• 26-07-04I believe I may have been the last order, but even so, its absolutely unacceptable the person decided to rush on how it was cooked. IT was completely burnt. it tasted hard and burnt. they really was no respect or consideration from this employee when preparing food and I most definitely wouldn't recommend any other customer from ordering from this particular location.
