whataburger is always amazing, this time it was extra amazing. the Whataburger® Patty Melt Whatameal® was scrumptious, and the fries were crispy. Everything was well seasoned and yummy

I ordered four items: a burger, fries, and two drinks. The order was placed with Door Dash. The fries were cold and hard and the drinks were not sealed with a special seal. This is a safety issue. I reached out to the Whataburger on Airway in El Paso to complain and they could have cared less. I am very dissatisfied.

Ended up throwing the whole order out. The fries were dark brown cold and tasted stale like they were made days ago and the burger looked like it sat on the grill all day. I've never experienced such low quality from whataburger before. This is very much McDonald's energy with the lack of care for what they are giving their customers. I will not be ordering from this whataburger again.
