Tasted old. Fries were not worth even dipping in ketchup to save :( meat on burgers were dry and cheese was not even melted :(

This wataburger on alton gloor is embarrassing, this location is ALWAYS a disappointment. Cold fries/no salt/soggy onion rings, soggy chicken strips and the wait time are over 45min every time.

I recently placed an order through DoorDash, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
First, I upgraded my fries to a medium size, but I still received a smaller portion than what I paid for. I was also missing my apple pie, which was a real letdown.
To add to the frustration, I specifically requested ketchup with my order, but it wasn’t included in the bag. It’s disappointing when you ask customers if they want something, only to forget to include it.
Lastly, I ordered a burger with cheese and ketchup, but received it without either. If I specify what I want on my burger, I expect it to be made accordingly, not based on what the staff thinks I want.
This order was full of mistakes and left me feeling quite disappointed. I’ve always enjoyed Whataburger, so I hope this feedback helps improve your service.

Fountain drink was terrible. just threw it in the trash.
Also would appreciate my food in a bag. There is no reason my food should just be out like that in a box thats not even secure.
