ordered the #11 Grilled Chicken Sandwich Whatameal® and got what looks like the fried chicken sandwich this is the second time this has happened !!

I wish Whataburger would indicate on DoorDash if certain food or drinks are unavailable, rather than allowing me to purchase them only to later inform the dasher that they are out of stock. Fortunately, the driver was very communicative and kind, informing me that they were out of shakes and allowing me to choose a substitute. However, this Whataburger location often has issues with missing items or unavailable menu options. While I appreciated the driver's effort in offering an alternative, I would have preferred not to spend nearly $5 on an extra drink I didn't want in the first place. This isn't the dasher's fault at all; I just hope that in the future, the employees will mark items as "not available" on DoorDash beforehand.

Just a little upset that my Large fry was really a Medium fry at best & my veggies weren't on the burger. Oh well...maybe it's time to become Vegan.
