Toast tastes burnt, all condiments we paid for and the complimentary ones were missing, there was no straws, the French fries were dry, the onion rings were very very sweet and COLD. All over experience sucked.
I'm only giving 2 stars because the drinks were very big for a medium.

I’m requesting a refund for my recent DoorDash order, which was paid for using Cash App. The burger I received tasted stale and looked old, and I wasn’t able to eat it, so I had to throw it away. This was a waste of my money.
In addition, several items were missing from my order. No ketchup was included for either the burger or the fries, and I also did not receive a straw for my drink. While the fries were fresh and tasted good, the missing items and the poor quality of the burger made the overall order unacceptable.
I would appreciate a refund back to my original Cash App payment method. Thank you for your time and help in resolving this issue.

I usually love my Biscuit and Gravy Whatameal® but today I didn't get a full serving of my scrambled eggs and it kind of messed my breakfast up...I am so disappointed 😑

They fill the fries halfway and are cold. This Whataburger is awful and has terrible service day after day.
