The union rings were dark brown like if they were cooked in old oil. The burger was good but I ordered a shake but they didn't have one and I got charged for it and they sent me an extra coke that I di need nor want. Therefore I need my money back for the price of the shake. It cost almost 27.00 for my order

I order some onion rings with my order of the burger, but the onion rings were burnt. I usually order them, but you don't know why the burnt this time.

Besides the wrong bun (texas toast was given) on the double burger and the salty (more than normal) fries, everything was good. It satisfied a long day of hunger.

Missing items with no refund for paid items. I ordered side of gravy, which is an up charge. This has happened multiple times.

the burgers were horrible tasting. the meat tasted sour. the onion rings were greasy and tasteless. even the sweet tea was bitter tasting! I've ordered from this store several times, and their food used to be delicious. Used to be. I won't be ordering from here again. Worst meal I've had from a Whataburger.
