Very disappointing experience at Whataburger. The meat had a rotten/off taste, and the fries tasted old and stale. I ordered the #1 Double Patty with a Coke, expecting better quality, but the burger just didn’t taste fresh. What happened to the quality of the meat? 😕
The only positive was the portion sizes—they definitely give you a good amount of food. Unfortunately, the taste and freshness were a major letdown, and I wouldn’t order again.

Can't go wrong with a patty melt on a late night. This was my first time and it's good. I would say limit sauces that can cause the bread to be soggy. I wish I had received my order hot, it would've made a difference. Great portion size. I ate less than half and was full. I would definitely order this again.

For it being delivered it wasn't bad at all! The fries were over salted but still hot and crispy when they arrived so I was able to look past it. The burger was exactly what I needed and hit the spot. Would definitely order again.

Did not bring any of our requested sides. Fries were cold. Burger was lame did not seem that fresh, spicy chicken sandwich was amazing. Portion was good.
I would order the chicken sandwich again.
