Burger was old, charred, and tasted like straight up salt. Fries were cold and only one ketchup offered. Drink was the only thing worth it.

they always forget my sauce which is an extra charge, and i go here all the time when i order online my order seems to be trash and put together any kind of way

Ordered a #2 Double Meat Whataburger® Whatameal® and Justaburger® Kid's Meal. I'm originally from Texas and moved to Louisiana a few years ago. I'm extremely dissatisfied with what I received today. Asked for a large meal, and half of the fries were missing. Literally half of the box wasn't even filled. More than that, the fries were extremely undercooked, cold and soggy. Nearly inedible. I have a 5 year old and he wouldn't even eat his. The Side of graham crackers I asked for in the junior kids Just aburger® Kid's Meal we're already opened!!! I'm not serving that to my child knowing anyone or anything I've gotten into it! At least they follow the instructions on the burger modifications. Otherwise a total disappointment and wishing some Louisianians would actually taste a burger from Texas to know what it's supposed to taste like.
