I eat here alot. only place that always forgets the ketchup or the other sauces. food is usually fresh. the bun was completely wet from to much liquid from the pickles and mayo. I had to take the bun off. the center of the hamburger was not done.

The #2 Double Meat Whataburger® was dry(meat and preparations) and sloppy. The buns were not toasted. My Whataburger® Patty Melt Whatameal® was also dry. I couldn't taste the sauce that is supposed to be on there and meat was dry and just not tasty. This is mostly my go-to meal and this time it was not good.

This breaks my heart because I LOVE Whataburger, and this is the first time I've had an issue. One tiny piece of bacon on my #5 Bacon & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal® , WAY, WAY too much mustard, none of the condiments that I ordered were in my bag, wrong drink, and no straw. Do better, y'all. This was saddening.

it wouldn't let me specify exactly how I wanted it on the dd app so I called the store and told them.
my food was not fresh but warm it was.
I asked for extra pickles and didn't get it.

the green chili double was fantastic, but fries were cold and tasted old and paid for a large fry and maybe got a small order in the large fry container. my cokeCup had a bubble in the bottom that kept it from sitting up right. now I know they had to know this because they sit them as they fill them. ordered shakes, but the dasher said they hadn't cleaned the machine and couldn't make them, and she said they were rude. ridiculous for the price. get it together whataburger!
