more than once I've had missing items from my orders. The food is great, and the service is fast, but if I'm paying 13 dollars for a few chicken strips I'd appreciate it if I actually got those chicken strips. And don't pay more for extra sauce/gravy, you have a 90% chance of not getting it at all

This is really good, I love their #12 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Whatameal® and my husband loves their #3 Triple Meat Whataburger® Whatameal®! We always order from this store and they never once messed up an order. Kudos to the crews working!!! I would love to tip as well for the Crews but I cannot do that.

Didn't get the Hot Apple Pies but got the rest. Food was cold and had to warm it up in microwave. Disappointed not getting my Hot Apple Pies though and it was cold because I live about 7 mins away from the restaurant just don't have transportation so I ordered it through Door Dash and not sure why it would be cold food. Maybe they had to deliver to someone else too but food shouldn't have came to me cold. However food is always good in taste and I love Whataburger most times.

I have always enjoyed my burgers from the location. sadly I have seen a big decline on their fries that seem like I always get the bottom of the bucket scraps... always stale and somewhat hard.

I have ordered from this establishment on multiple occasions. Each time, my food has arrived cold and my fries stale. Additionally, there are never any condiments or napkins included, which should be standard. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service I have received as a loyal patron.
