• 26-04-05I ordered from this Whataburger location through DoorDash, and unfortunately the quality just isn’t consistent unless you go inside and make sure your food is fresh. Half the time, depending on who’s working, the order needs to be remade.
I want to be clear that the DoorDash drivers are not the issue—they always go above and beyond, and I live very close to the restaurant, so I know the food isn’t getting cold during delivery.
The problem is with the food preparation. The fries are almost always greasy and cold, and the burgers come cold as well. I’ve experienced the same thing even when going through the drive-thru, where I’ve had to ask for my order to be remade.
I really like Whataburger, but this location needs to work on consistency and making sure orders are fresh before sending them out.

• 25-07-26I am so very glad they brought back the biscuit and gravy to delivery. Tasty and fresh nearly every time, all their choices. Oh jalapenos have a metal taste lately, #4 I'd skip that until they run through the current batch.

• 25-09-20I liked how everything was secured even the drinks. My apple pies were hot in temperature and it made everything enjoyable. Shakes were delicious as well.

• 23-04-13Food wasnt tasty, there also was no cover on the food to protect it from someone taking it ( eating from it ) as McDonald does. Also, there was no ketchup packages include and no napkins which it sucks that I didnt get a single napkin nor ketchup.
