Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger Whatameal® was awesome. For the price, the burger was huge.it definitely was fresh and the fries were cooked just right.i would order from here again.

Pancakes were disgusting. They tasted like what I imagine mold tastes like. No butter, no ketchup. When I stayed in Sugar land, that Whataburger pancakes platter was perfect. It's a location issue...

#25 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit The biscuit was overcooked into a brick but the chicken was good. Only having half of what I paid for is ridiculous though.

Was given a medium fry when I order a large. And that was barely full. Fries are also old and burned.

Bags need to be more secure. Folded and taped to be specific. One bag appeared to be tampered with because one side of the bag pushed down, fry containers were not filled to the top, fries all over the bag even though the fry containers were positioned up right. It looked like someone was reaching down and eating some of the fries while not looking and dropping fries all over the inside of the bag.
If this isn't what happened, then they need to give better portions and package it better.
