Fries were cold and mushy, burgers undercooked, bread stale and just generally poor quality. Whataburger used to have the best burgers but now serve old food. Completely disgusted to have spent $60 on food that was so gross.

this location ALWAYS has stale fries with no salt and gross chicken!! I love whataburger but have never gotten a good meal from this specific location. (the one in la porte, tx)

the chicken was hard and cold. It tasted lke old rubber and the strips weren't even the size of my palm.

the buns, the #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® burger, just everything was so dry even though it had mayo & ketchup in it! the Hot Apple Pies tasted old 👎🏼

Everything was old and stale.They sent the wrong flavor of Shakes. I asked for strawberry and got vanilla. No maybe they ran out of strawberry so they substituted.But the tenders were hard and dry. The French fries were stale and inedible. I've had food here before and was good so I can only imagine that it was the late shift that failed
