Do not order from this WAB. I just came back to Round Rock after 3 weeks in Hutto, and THAT WAB spoiled me... as in they cared about the food.
I ordered the exact same things from the RRWAB as I did the HWAB - #13 Whatachick’n® Strips 3 piece.
HWAB: Tender moist perfectly cooked chicken, thick gravy
RRWAB: Hard overfried dry chicken, watery gravy
TL;DR - if I could pay to pick what WAB I could order from, it would NEVER be this one.

Do not order large drinks here.
You pay $4+ for literally a cup full of ice.
The employees do it even when you ask for light ice

Usually good ordering experiences, but this time, the Jr burger was overcooked (burnt around the edges), and the fries seemed undercooked (not crispy, more rubbery). I ordered unsweet tea, but they were out? The Dr Pepper was fine but only drank half due to the sugar (I don't drink zero sugar drinks)
The apple pie was drier than usual but tasted okay.

Drink had too much ice in it. 3/4 of the cup was just ice alone. I suggest there being a modification option to choose how much ice you prefer.

Venessa was very sweet I appreciate her help with substituting the drink in my order because the selection wasn't available on the app. She was extremely helpful and even called me back.
