we got half full and old fries and onion rings and they didn't pay attention to the "no" ingredients and neither of our drinks were full at all the bacon on both was in a pile in the middle and rubbery

I would like a refund. I did not receive my fries which is why I placed an order in the first place and called the restaurant to ensure my order was correct. No fries were in the bag at all even though I paid for them.

Every time I order from this whataburger my order is very wrong. This time alone they gave me unsweet instead of sweet tea, medium fres instead of the large I paid for, didn't put cheese or onions on my #12 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Whatameal® that I paid extra for, and didn't send me the ranch I paid for.

pretty good price for pretty good food
portions are rather large which is a good thing, so thats pretty cool.
fries get cold super fast though, but not really sure they can do much about that anyways.
its fast food, not much to expect, but good nuff anyways

Burger was good but the fries were cold and soggy, and I only live like 3 minutes away so it wasn't due to travel time. Too expensive to justify the poor quality.
