Quality has gone downhill since being bought out by a private equity firm. Whataburger used to be the best in town now the buns are smashed flat, little to no mustard though the veggies and meat patty are as they were in the past. The manager I met was more concerned about profits than satisfying customers. A once great burger is now just average at best.

Both meals were cold. Burgers and fries were both cold. Medium fries were ordered with #7. small were sent. This is a common problem. When they get the order right, the food is good. otherwise McDonald's is better

Burger was thrown together! Burger bun had holes in the bread. Fries were all little and crunchy. Like the bottom of the bag.

Door Dash at your own risk. Chances of your order being correct aren't great.
Ordered a#1 with cheese. Received a hamburger with cheese. Literally meat and cheese, nothing else. No lettice, no tomatoes, no onions, no mustard NOTHING. And per several other reviews it was smashed flat.
would not door Dash again, the employees apparently do not appreciate door Dash orders.

Worse hamburgers in this town! It was Dryed out and smashed , soggy tomatoes , had only one pickle that was a size of a dime and it was the end of a pickle ! No pride in there food at all! Oh and the French Fries would break a tooth if you tried to eat them ! Wasted money for sure!
