Medium order of fries was half full if that. Burger looked like a bomb exploded. The wrapper was wet and the condiments were thicker than the meat.

Falling apart, not like whataburger quality I've grown up with. When I opened the wrapper half of it fell into the bag.

For my first time it was a big disappointment. Asked for ketchup didn't receive any, ordered Hot Apple Pies and didn't receive, no straw for my drink, no grilled onions that I added on my burger. Food was very bland and crazy greasy.

Delicious burger! Great fries, albeit they were cold by the time they arrived, which I don’t blame on either the restaurant or the driver, just time. They did forget the ketchup but I will forgive them since the fries taste great alone.
