• 24-02-18we always enjoy our Whataburger meals . This time I tried the Whataburger® Patty Melt Whatameal® and my husband got his regular #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® . I think the Patty Melt will become my new regular as I like the toast with the grilled onions and the cheese melted on it. My husband like his Whataburger with the works and was very happy, all the veggies were crispy and fresh. We prefer Whataburger over all fast food burger places.

• 24-02-24A phone call to the store shortly after ordering allowed me to get special alterations to the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich Whatameal® since it wasn't an option on the app. Dasher Andrea was very helpful in communication. If you enjoy whataburgers honey butter, you should try it in substitution of the honey bbq, it's great for that sweet and savory taste.

• 25-01-18Please update the attention to detail procedures. Normally I wouldn't complain, but every other order or several in a row we are missing sauces or kids meal items. If it's not the drink it's the fruit snacks. All I ask is to fulfill the order as it's on the receipt. if it was missing a single sauce or something I get it, mistakes happen we are all human, But when there's not a single sauce or no gravy or kids meal items consistently then there's an issue. sauces are listed at the top of the receipt. Very first thing.. our kids are let down constantly.
When it comes to the quality of the food itself, Dang near almost perfect every time. the food is GREAT and we love coming in to dine as well because the food quality is great. that's why I don't understand why when we order out that we can't just get what's listed on the receipt.
Please implement a new procedure to ensure the fulfillment of the order in its entirety. if I can get my full order 3 times in a row I'll update to 5 *.
