They do not add any sauces on the burgers but a smear under the buns. They barely add any caramelized onions. The buns feel off as well make sure you call the store and let them know about your door dash order so the employees can make a decent burger.

Both fries came half empty (one large, one medium - which is confusing). All sandwiches had minimal sauces per their respective recipes. Compared to what you would get if you ordered in-person.
To the staff - It's not your money, who cares if you're a bit generous with the sauce or overfill the fries.
Private Equity strikes again - vultures.

The food is not fresh and old. The gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened, no sauce and my box was opened.

Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes to pick up my order so it was cold by the time I got it. When I got to the window the staff were inside talking as if I couldn't see them not working on any order even though the line stretch around the whole store
