My hamburger looks intentionaly crushed by hand. Both the buns and patties are flattened and there is a significant amount of juices(?)/liquid on the burger, enough to where I couldn’t even pick it up without having my hands and forearms dripping. And the gravy that came with my biscuits and gravy has a ton of oil, much of which is in very concentrated spots and looks intentionally dripped in

Normally I don't have any issues with this place and I quite enjoy their food but I ordered their double burger with nothing but cheese and mayo on it and when I bit into the burger I was hit with an overwhelming amount of raw onions. They were on the top bun and in between each patty and cheese layers so when having to scrap it off all the cheese and sauce came off with it. Needless to say that I was very disappointed in the food and possibly will not be going back.

my fries tasted old, like they had been sitting a while and we were missing a drink and one of our fries was the wrong size. the other food we got was ok
