I have not ordered from Whataburger in probably a year or so because they frequently got the order wrong.
Nothing has changed. I ordered double burgers and both came with one patty each. It seems this is how Whataburger cuts costs and improves profit. I pay the full price and receive less than what I ordered. They know the doordasher will not open burgers to check. This is the Whataburger work ethic.

The burgers were dry and hard. Fries were cold and full of grease. Drinks had little syrup and watered down. I even called to see if they were using different French fries . Waste of $30.

This is the Best whataburger store I’ve ever had the experience of using. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They have the best cooks and staff ! Incredible service 🥰🥰🥰🥰

cold burger, no cheese. layers and layers upon layers of lettuce and mayonnaise. fries cold AND unsalted. took 40 minutes longer than original estimate given when i placed the order.

The burger pattys were cooked well. Sweet and Spicey Burger made me sick, the bacon and fries were not cooked long enough. The honey is gross. I dont know why resteraunts serve bacon and ham when its undercooked so often.
